A STRANGE PARADOX ABOUT GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR BUSINESS……you need to not only believe that you’ll get to where you want to be and believe it with all your heart and soul, but also you need to honor just where you are right now.

How do you do both? Start with where you are. Right now.

This isn’t always the easiest thing to do! What with expecting everything to happen immediately and yet believing that it will, no matter what shows up in the “real” world.

But this HAS to happen. You have to believe in yourself and keep taking action, but at the same time stay in the moment that you’re in. You are where you are for a reason. And you can go anywhere you want to from there. Really.

And honor that no matter what is happening on the journey, it is to your benefit.

Interestingly enough, I’ve found that if you struggle with where you are right rather than honor it, it just might make it a LOT harder to leave that place. And who wants that?

Have you just launched an new idea or decided that Now is the time to take the dreams of your New Business seriously? That is AMAZING! I am so proud of you! It’s a big step (NO, it’s a HUGE step, really!)

But what happens when the excitement wears off and the rubber meets the road?

This: It gets REALLY amazing. Because it means that you are TRULY on your way to making all of this happen in the “real” world.

But it doesn’t have to be on ANYBODY’s schedule but your own. And I want to encourage you to be proud of every step on the path. Don’t worry about what anyone else thinks about where you “should” or “shouldn’t” be.

When people ask you how things are going with your new idea, try this: simply report on where you are, know that it is just right for you at this moment, talk happily about where you want it to go. And believe that you’re getting there, every day.

Chances are that presenting yourself as both honest about where you are and confident about where you’re going will not only help you along the path, but also inspire others to follow you.

After getting started full-time not too long ago, I’ve found this to be true TOTALLY true. And I want to help give that experience to anyone who wants to start a business of their own and be free of the “ordinary” world. Because taking that chance is completely worth it.

How do you break through to your greatest successes? Get started. And give yourself credit for doing that. Start to change the way that you see the world–start figuring out ways that you CAN do the things you dream of rather than get bogged down in the reasons why you can’t. This will make a WORLD of difference.

So don’t be afraid that someone else might not be impressed with where you are and where things are going for you. Just be you and speak your truth. And your intentions. If you give this a go, chances are that anybody you’re talking to will admire you for actually getting out there and getting started–more than you might even know!

I’m launching a LOT of new services in the next few weeks, and I can’t wait for you to see them! I want to reach as many New and Aspiring Entrepreneurs as possible, because there is no time like right NOW to get started (New Year or not, NOW is a perfect time!).

What are YOU getting started this week? I’d love to know!

Even though I have been at the business building for a bit of time now (and who isn’t ALWAYS building their business, no matter what stage it’s in!), I am encouraged and delighted to have reaffirmation that a steady, consistent investment and my continued, unaltered enthusiasm will bring great results! This is such fun! Thank you!

So true Jennifer, we should be happy where we are and not compare ourselves to others, an easy trap to fall into. I look forward seeing your new services, I myself am working on my services and hope to host a free Webinar soon. There I said it out loud…. scary
